SHIPPING INFORMATION

   

Deliveries can be undertaken by our company or by external delivery services. Once an external delivery service receives your order, they will assume responsibility for that order. If there is a problem with your delivery, you will need to contact the external delivery service.

   

Standard delivery is undertaken by the Post Luxembourg postal service, DHL or by Fitness Warrior. At the moment your item is ready for delivery you will receive your tracking number.

   

At present, we can only deliver to countries in Europe.

   

The estimated delivery time is by 2-5 working days. The shipping time starts once you have received confirmation of your order.

   

Shipping costs within Luxembourg are €5.50, for orders between €0.01 and €64.99. Deliveries within Luxembourg will be free, subject to a minimum order of €65.00.

 

The delivery charge to other European countries is €10.00, for orders between €0.01 and €99.99.Shipping to other European countries will be free, subject to a minimum order of €100.00.

 

The above-mentioned delivery prices are inclusive of all taxes.
