1. Conditions of return
If products received do not meet your satisfaction, you can return your items to us. Please observe the following guidelines:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels and tags in place.
- Items must be returned to us within a maximum of 30 days after delivery.
- Items must be unworn & unwashed (with no perceptible odours, blemishes, signs of wear, etc.)
- Please use a standard shipping envelope, postbag or mailing bag with a weight limit of 2 kg and dimensions 40×30 cm to return your items. Please consider using a shipping package of appropriate size for your returned products, in order to prevent waste and be eco-friendly.
- You can also use the shipping bag that you received from us, it has a second sealing strip for the returns.
- Please note that we do not issue cash refunds for e-gift cards.
- At the moment we do not offer free return shipping labels.
2. Return of items due to issues of size or expectations
If an item is the wrong size or does not meet your expectations, the return policy is as follows:
- Return shipping is free, if you exchange an item to get it in the right size. You will be responsible for the prepayment of shipping costs, and we will credit or refund you to the same amount. Return shipping will be at your expense, if the same item is returned for a second time or more.
Please consider using our size guide before purchasing the items you require.
- Items may be returned to our warehouse; they will undergo a rigorous quality check, which may take up to 48 hours.
- Once items have passed this quality check, we will issue you with store credit to purchase other items from our web store. This credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Items purchased using store credit may be subject to shipping fees at the checkout, depending upon the value of your order.
3. Return of outlet items or discounted items
- We do not accept the return of items from discount outlets.
- Sales at discounts of 20% or more will be non-returnable. If you have any size issues, please check our size guide.
4. Return of damaged items or items with quality defects
If you receive items which are damaged upon delivery, the return policy is as follows:
- Send us a picture of the damaged good per email on email@example.com.
- We will send you a new good to replace the damaged one. The delivery is at our charge.
- If you are genuinely dissatisfied with our service, you are also entitled to a refund. We would appreciate your telling us the reasons for this. We can only get better with your help.
- Refunds will be honoured no later than 2 weeks after reception of your claim email.
5. Modification of our policy
We reserve the right to update and modify this policy, in order to reflect any changes in arrangements for the processing of your returns and exchanges, or to take account of any amendments to legal requirements. Any modifications to our policy will be posted on this page and, if necessary, will be sent to you by e-mail. Frequent visits to this page will allow you to familiarize yourself with updates or modifications to our return and exchanges policy.
